Rock Physics Indicator (RPI) modelling

In order to understand rock and fluid property responses in the subsurface we employ key technologies to process and petrophysically analyse well log data for variations in fluid types, pressure, temperature, porosity and rock frame.

Upscaling from log to seismic resolution utilises full (an)elastic wave modelling that enables individual components to be decomposed from the full wavefield seismic response.

The seismograms can then be analysed for their RPI signature prior to processing the field seismic data.
